Q: How can I order?
A: You may order by credit card, paypal, echeck or money order. We accept payments online or by telephone.

Q: What name will show up on my Credit Card statement?

Q: Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?
A: Yes, we can ship to P.O Boxes.

Q: Do I have to be at home when my order arrives?
A: No, a signature is not required for receipt of shipment.

Q: Do you deliver to my state?
A: Yes, we can ship to all states, and internationally as well.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel your order before the order has shipped. If the order has already been shipped or approved we cannot cancel your order. Please refer to the current cancellation policy in the terms & conditions section of our order page for more information.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we are able to ship to any international address.

Q: Is the package discreet?

Yes, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging.

Q: How do I pay for my order by eCheck?
A:
eCheck is a service provided by PayPal whereby PayPal debits the invoice amount directly from your bank account and thus eliminating the need to physically write a check to pay for your order. In order to use PayPal eCheck you will need to add and have your bank account verified by PayPal.
Note: When you send money via eCheck, PayPal debits your bank account for the funds. The recipient of the payment will see your order status as unclaimed for up to 4 business day. We will ship your order once the funds clear your bank.
